The LCD 20x2 Display Blue/Green is 20 characters wide,2 rows character LCD module, SPLC 780C controller (Industry-standard HD 44780 compatible controller),6800 4/8-bit parallel interface ,single led back light with yellow green color included can be dimmed easily with a resistor or PWM , STN_LCD positive, dark blue text on the yellow green color, wide operating temperature range built in character set supports English/Japanese text, see the SPLC 780C datasheet for the full character set. Optional 3.3 v or 5 v power supply and optional pin header connection.
